Kamen Rider is one of the most popular superhero franchises in Japan, and dates back to 1971. This picture dates back to 1994 (or so) and was done at a time when I knew very little about the Riders. Still, it sort of captures the essence of "classic" Kamen Rider, does it not?
(Even though the Rider in question doesn't really look like any of the authentic Riders. I think he's supposed to be Kamen Rider V3 based on the evidence in the pic.)
