I don't usually like to post "civilian" characters back to back, but just finishing Whitney yesterday/this morning was such a challenge that I'm adding her right now.  I hope she appreciates jumping ahead in the queue like this!

To explain, the laptop I have been using to create my art recently indicated it is about to join the choir invisible.  Well, no big deal because the used Photoshop disc I invested in several years ago was my contingency for this.  But?  I needed a new scanner, since the old one was buggy and I didn't see the sense in installing it all over.  Also, I may have misplaced the boot disc.  Oops.

Whitney was my first pass at using the new scanner and there was a bit of a learning curve.  It didn't help that doing this picture was a comedy of errors quite boring and frustrating.  Oh, and I should point out Whitney is holding a miniature picture tube.  It was going to be a giant vacuum tube but I realized I can't draw one without it looking like a vibrator.
